The «Leviathan» (LIVYATAN)-class assault submarine is a large attack sub jointly developed by the Europa Union and the Europa Transport Team (ETT). It provides enhanced security for shipping lanes in the hazardous Europan seas.
The Leviathan-class uses a streamlined hull with dual-engine propulsion. Its weapon system, derived from the «Basilosaurus»-class, includes eight large turrets, delivering firepower well beyond standard attack submarines. Designed for long-term escort duties in Europan waters, its size and armament reinforce the Union’s maritime control.
Some critics note the forward cockpit and weapon placement may increase crew risk in frontal combat, though the Europa Union deems this effect negligible.
