Mod «Delirious Death Animation (& sounds!)» for The Binding of Isaac

This mod changes Delirium's death animation and sounds.

• Delirium now winces or cringes before exploding instead of returning to an idle pose.
• Death sounds play during and after the explosion.
• The visual effect shows a mix of static and blood splashes instead of the default enemy gore burst.
